Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• 3+ years of experience with data engineering (ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, streaming architectures).
• Demonstrated security-first mindset: threat modeling, secure design patterns, defense-in-depth.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for scalable data engineering platforms and AI pipelines with security built in.
• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered autonomous agent systems for intelligent automation.
• Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines (batch and streaming) using Flink, Spark, Kafka, and AWS services.
• Champion security-first engineering culture with threat modeling and encryption practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code/design reviews and best-practices.
