nLogic is seeking an experienced Enterprise Test & Evaluation Engineer to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. You will support SATCOM LDTO, developing strategies and methodologies to ensure mission success across Military SATCOM programs, including test planning, requirements verification, risk assessments, and execution of developmental tests.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of T&E experience.
• 2+ years leading test teams.
• Experience supporting DoD/USAF test documentation and processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilités

• Develop Test & Evaluation strategies.
• Develop TEMP documentation, evaluation frameworks, and verification approaches.
• Develop test objectives, methodologies, procedures, and evaluation criteria.
• Collect, analyze, and report test data.
• Support implementation of test databases and reporting systems.
• Support development of DoD-compliant deficiency reporting and tracking processes.
• Participate in IPTs, DRBs, MIPRBs, audits, reviews, and Technical Interchange Meetings.
• Identify operational and technical risks associated with test execution.
• Support LDTO-led test events.
• Travel to government and contractor test locations as required.
