L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Support Engineer to oversee WSOC hardware installation, maintenance, and software upgrades across multiple SATCOM/DATACOM facilities. The role acts as a liaison for contract work statements and ensures timely reporting of site activities.

The candidate will bring DoD Top Secret clearance, 6+ years of SATCOM experience (or 4 years with graduate degree, or 10 years alternative), and strong policy coordination skills to support

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years related experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; in lieu of a degree 10+ years.
• DoD SATCOM knowledge and theory required.
• CompTIA Security+ or higher certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise WSOC hardware installation and maintenance, including MET upgrades.
• Provide technical support for RRFIS, RPTF, RLCS subsystems.
• Draft policy and track work statements and coordination with contractors.
• Coordinate with civilian public works and support organizations as needed.
• Maintain records, plans, and drawings for facility alterations and RWAs.
