Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience or 10 years with graduate degree.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across integration, verification, deployment, sustainment, and field support for complex defense communications systems.
• Provide technical direction for satellite communications, radio frequency, and military communications solutions across fielded and production environments.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to improve mission readiness and reduce repeat issues.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, work instructions, specifications, test artifacts, and support records.
• Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues and support program execution.
• Support customer engagements, field investigations, technical reviews, demonstrations, and deployment activities for classified and mission-critical systems.
