Freudigman & Billings in Westport, CT is seeking a full-time Junior Instructor to support our Admissions Test Prep team, focusing on ACT and SAT preparation with openness to ISEE, SSAT, MCAT, GMAT, GRE, and LSAT.

The role emphasizes one-on-one coaching, relationship-building with students and families, confidentiality, and collaboration with the Test Prep Leadership Team. Hours run 12:30pm–9pm Mon–Thu and 11am–7:30pm Sun.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with transcript showing mastery in field
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Teach test prep skills one-on-one, ~24–28 hours per week
• Build relationships with students and families throughout the process
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information
• Collaborate with Test Prep Leadership Team to plan for each student
• Coordinate with other departments for student support
• Attend Test Prep meetings and development opportunities
• Work hours: 12:30pm–9pm Mon–Thu and 11am–7:30pm Sun
