Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in SAR and translating SAR technologies into working software.
• Software skills in C++, Python, MATLAB, Rust or similar.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and coordinating software integration into complex systems.
• Experience working with government experts and tying algorithm development to requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead algorithm development and signal processing from conception to software application.
• Convert algorithm definitions and prototypes into software that runs efficiently on large images and is ready for operational environments.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to junior team members.
• Collaborate across program and other vendors to integrate algorithms into existing software and hardware platforms.
• Represent company and program in working groups and meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
