• Background in SAR and translating SAR tech into working software.

Responsibilities

• Lead algorithm development and signal processing from concept to software application.
• Translate algorithm definitions into software that processes large images for operational use.
• Mentor junior team members and transfer knowledge.
• Collaborate across programs and vendors to integrate algorithms into software and hardware.
• Represent the company in working groups and meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
