Voyager Technologies is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop cutting-edge Deep Learning solutions for Computer Vision, SAR, and Geospatial exploitation with a direct impact on U.S. government customers.

The role requires 5–15 years of experience, a engineering bachelor's degree, and US citizenship. Strong Python, MATLAB, and C/C++ skills are highly valued in a small, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5–15 years of applicable experience.
• Willingness to work in a government defense context.

Responsibilities

• Research, conceive, design, prototype and/or implement advanced Deep Neural Network Architectures.
• Apply deep learning to train networks for object detection and classification.
• Develop domain-aware pre-processing algorithms to improve generalization.
• Apply signal pre-processing techniques on SAR data.
• Create physics simulations and address bias between simulated and real data.
• Develop objective functions and performance assessment plans.
• Present work at meetings and conferences.
• Develop production-quality Python code.
