Job summary

GAF seeks an SAP Vistex Lead to drive end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and operations for SAP Vistex solutions. Translate pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and rebates into scalable SAP architecture while guiding cross-functional teams and project deliverables.

You will manage hands-on configuration, system design, and integration with SD/OTC, MM, and FI/CO, while leading QA, UAT, and cutover activities in a dynamic, travel-heavy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC; experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on Vistex configuration of IP modules including Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Rebates, Purchasing Rebates, Royalties, and Vendor Agreements.
• Design IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, condition types, status flows, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• Oversee integration between Vistex and core SAP modules (SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO).
• Lead onshore/offshore teams through full-lifecycle deployments and manage stakeholder communications.
• Perform QA, UAT, defect triage, and cutover activities for production releases.
