Job summary

Accenture seeks a Program Management Lead for SAP transformations in the United States. You will orchestrate delivery across multiple workstreams, align scope, schedule, budget, risk, and governance to ensure predictable outcomes.

You will lead global teams, partner with client executives and SAP partners, drive readiness, go/no-go decisions, and champion AI-first delivery using GenAI, automation, and analytics to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in SAP consulting, enterprise tech, or business transformation.
• Proven track record leading large SAP programs or ERP transformations.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP implementations and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership across all program workstreams aligned to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Maintain the integrated program plan, manage critical paths and dependencies.
• Lead phase gates, readiness management, and executive governance forums.
• Guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver SAP-enabled transformations.
• Champion AI-first delivery using GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve outcomes.
