Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Program Management Lead to orchestrate complex SAP transformations, bringing together business, functional, technical, deployment, testing, data, and change teams under a unified plan.

You will drive governance, readiness, and executive oversight across multi-workstream programs, leveraging GenAI and automation to improve delivery quality, predictability, and value realization for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in SAP consulting, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
3 full end-to-end SAP implementations, including at least 1 S/4HANA transformation.
Experience leading large-scale SAP programs with P&L, budget, and contractual accountability.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery models.
Willingness to travel up to 100% based on client engagement requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership across all program workstreams and ensure alignment to scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Maintain the integrated program plan, manage critical path activities, and oversee resource planning and program health.
Lead phase gates and readiness management with evidence-based go/no-go decisions for executive review.
Build executive governance forums and deliver actionable insights for client and Accenture leadership.
Drive AI-first delivery practices to improve decision-making, reporting, and value realization.
