Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects.
Minimum 8 years experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Technologies, IT Consulting/Support, etc.
Minimum 6 years experience in a customer-facing role.
Technical Certification in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.).
Experience with Consumer Goods Industry a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

Build advisory relationships with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, CTOs, and CIOs.
Identify priorities, technical objections, and design strategies across SAP ecosystem.
Demonstrate leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions.
Communicate effectively with customers during critical incident management at the C-level.
Lead executive committee meetings to monitor delivery progress and customer experience.
Provide domain expertise around SAP S/4HANA in private/public cloud and promote Accenture at events.
Lead delivery teams to meet customer expectations with workaround resolutions.
Make recommendations on integration strategies, architectures, security, and infra for complete solutions.
Manage enterprise architecture relationships with customers and internal teams.
