Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP transformation leader in Minnesota to guide strategic clients through complex modernization efforts using S/4HANA and cloud-enabled SAP solutions.

You will drive advisory relationships with senior client executives, define strategies, and lead cross-functional delivery teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong communication and executive presence with Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Technologies, IT Consulting/Support, Systems Administration, Network Operations, Software Development/Support, Technology Solutions, Architecture, and/or Consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)

Responsibilities

• Build an advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, CTO, and CIO.
• Identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies encompassing the entire SAP ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers.
• Demonstrate a track record for successful leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions.
• Ensure effective communication with customers during critical incident management, with a focus on C-level executives.
• Lead executive committee meetings with customer stakeholders to monitor delivery progress and customer support experience, emphasizing a proactive agenda.
• Provide domain expertise around SAP S/4HANA private and/or public cloud and enterprise technology, and promote Accenture with customers, at conferences, and online.
• Exhibit technical leadership in motivating delivery teams to meet customer expectations by providing workarounds and quickly resolving technical issues.
• Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, security, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution.
• Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, engineering, and more.
