Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP technical architect to own the architecture for SAP custom development and extensibility. You will define the Clean Core strategy, 3-tier extensibility, and standards for global delivery teams.

In this role you will lead technical workshops, review code, and drive architectural sign-offs across client engagements. Travel up to 100% may be required based on business needs and project demands.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years experience developing SAP applications using S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP BTP tools and services.
Minimum of 4 years data modeling with CDS views/AMDP/OData.
Minimum of 4 years SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core and BTP side-by-side.
Minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Experience with Chemicals & Natural Resources industry preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years of work).

Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture for SAP custom development and extensibility.
Define Clean Core strategy and 3-tier extensibility (in-app, ABAP Cloud, side-by-side on BTP).
Lead workshops, code reviews, and architecture sign-offs with global teams.
Support pursuits, estimation, and solution shaping for client engagements.
Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on business needs.
