Infosys Life Sciences unit seeks a seasoned SAP TM Package Consultant 3 in California to lead complex SAP TM implementations, design integrations, and manage data migrations with a focus on logistics and transportation processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in SAP TM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP TM processes including transportation planning, freight cost calculation, and settlement.
• Experience with integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO, GTS).
• Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional design documents.
• Experience in preparing functional specs for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

• SAP experience, with strong experience in SAP Supply Chain and Logistics modules.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
• Experience in multiple full-cycle SAP TM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP TM processes including:
• Transportation planning
• Freight order management
• Freight unit building
• Carrier selection
• Tendering
• Freight cost calculation
• Charge management
• Freight settlement
• Transportation execution and monitoring
• Experience with embedded SAP TM in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of order-based transportation and delivery-based transportation scenarios.
• Good knowledge of integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules such as:
• SAP SD
• SAP MM
• SAP EWM
• SAP FI/CO
• SAP GTS
• Ability to conduct workshops, gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehouse, and supply chain execution processes.
• Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive solution delivery independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations or global rollout programs.
• Experience with SAP Business Network for Logistics / Logistics Business Network.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP GTS, SAP Yard Logistics, or SAP Event Management.
• Experience in transportation optimization and advanced planning scenarios.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and OData services.
• Experience working in global delivery models with onsite/offshore teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, retail, logistics, consumer goods, or life sciences.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Additional Details

For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY states, estimated annual compensation will be $141,850 to $184,405
