Job summary

Infosys Life Sciences unit seeks a seasoned SAP TM Package Consultant 3 in California to lead complex SAP TM implementations, design integrations, and manage data migrations with a focus on logistics and transportation processes. The role requires strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in SAP TM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP TM processes including transportation planning, freight cost calculation, and settlement.
• Experience with integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO, GTS).
• Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional design documents.
• Experience in preparing functional specs for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and develop critical software applications with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ERP with external apps and lead data migrations.
• Lead compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and standards.
• Develop detailed documentation and lead training workshops for various user groups.
