Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Business Architect for the EDT Service Delivery SAP team. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing SAP ERP solutions, guiding design, development, and deployment across Stryker sites.

You will manage strategic partners, monitor Run KPIs, and ensure alignment with business needs and organizational standards. Based in Kalamazoo, MI or Mahwah, NJ, this hybrid position offers opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with business

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field; 8+ years SAP EWM, TM, PP/LE, IM with 2 end-to-end implementations.
Ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships.
Experience managing multiple projects and milestones.

Responsibilities

Design solutions across process, data, and technology meeting requirements.
Partner with third-party logistics providers to deploy high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with functional teams to resolve system issues and exceptions.
Monitor solutions during hypercare to accelerate issue resolution.
Build partnerships across commercial, distribution, finance, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, SOX, validation, change control, PMO and documentation standards.
Develop operational reports and system documentation.
Support distribution network transformation and ERP consolidation while resolving issues affecting customers or reconciliation.
