Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst I – SAP to own SAP governance, lead end-to-end enhancements, and drive successful PM/MM operations across the enterprise. The role requires translating business needs into technical designs and guiding cross-functional teams through complex upgrades.

The position emphasizes independent judgment, security-sensitive processes, and a fast-paced, evolving SAP landscape in a US-based environment with some travel to other RWE offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years SAP experience with PM/MM modules preferred.
• Experience owning governance processes like ChaRM, CAB, MDG.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP enhancement, upgrade, and integration projects from requirements through deployment.
• Own SAP ChaRM process end-to-end and CAB approvals to protect system stability.
• Lead test management for regression and upgrade cycles to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specs and technical documentation.
• Serve as MDG lead for Material Master data and partner with stakeholders on data requirements.
• Own SAP access governance including GRC and emergency access roles.
