Job summary
RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst I – SAP to own SAP governance and the full lifecycle of PM/MM related processes. You will translate business needs into robust SAP solutions, lead upgrades and integrations, and manage access governance with CAB oversight.

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years supporting or administering SAP with PM/MM focus.
- Experience owning governance processes (ChaRM, CAB) and MDG.
- Experience with SAP access management/security (GRC, FireFighter).
- Ability to translate business needs into precise SAP specs and docs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP enhancement, upgrade and integration projects end-to-end.
- Manage ChaRM process and CAB approvals with risk analysis.
- Lead regression/testing for major upgrades and releases.
- Create functional specs and process diagrams from stakeholder needs.
- Serve as MDG lead for Material Master data governance.
- Own SAP access governance and audit readiness.
