Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks an SAP Support Analyst to manage SAP incidents and write functional specifications for SCM processes, including order-to-cash and procurement to pay. You will support SAP upgrades, provide training, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years SAP experience, ABAP skills, and collaboration with users and IT. Ontario, CA-based position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of SAP support/implementation experience.
• 2+ years ABAP and debugging experience.
• SD, MM, IM modules preferred.
• LES experience is a plus.
• Mobisys (mobile app), IDoc’s (EDI), QM is a plus.
• ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing day-to-day SAP support and resolve Level 1 issues.
• Proactively identify data or process problems and coordinate fixes with the right owners.
• Work with business users to gather details and categorize issues for timely resolution.
• Demonstrate very good communication and follow-through abilities.
• Lead SAP projects and drive end-to-end system design and improvements.
