Job summary

Partner company in Brazil is seeking a Mid-Level/Senior SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and rollout projects. You will drive performance management and goal-management configurations, work with HR, IT, and technical teams, and oversee testing, cutover, and user adoption activities.

This fully remote, long-term contractor role emphasizes strong functional expertise, analytical thinking, and collaborative project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or rolling out PMGM in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to gather requirements and design performance management workflows.
• Hands-on SIT/UAT support and defect coordination.
• Proven documentation of functional designs and test artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMGM implementation projects from blueprint to go-live.
• Conduct workshops with HR and IT to map AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Configure PMGM features like evaluation cycles, templates, and forms.
• Plan SIT/UAT, support key users, and document test results.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external providers to align dependencies.
• Create training materials and user adoption resources.
