DCV Technologies is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors consultant to drive PMGM and Succession Planning implementations in a dynamic US environment. You will configure goal plans, performance forms, route maps, rating scales, and competencies, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, certification in PMGM and Succession Planning, and proven ability to lead testing, troubleshooting, and production

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Hands-on expertise in PMGM and Succession Planning.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certifications in PMGM and Succession Planning.

Responsabilités

• Configure goal plans, performance forms, route maps, rating scales and competencies.
• Support goal setting, performance reviews and calibration processes.
• Configure succession planning, talent pools, successor nominations, talent cards and succession organisation charts.
• Manage Role-Based Permissions and relevant module integrations.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, enhancements and production issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and test scripts.
