RTX is seeking a SAP Principal Source to Pay Systems Expert to join the Enterprise Services team in a remote capacity within the United States. The role demands a strong SAP background and experience guiding design reviews, testing, and process improvements.

Citizenship requirements apply for access to sensitive program information. You will work autonomously on complex projects, leveraging Scaled Agile Framework to align objectives with project goals while maintaining excellent customer service

Qualifications

• BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP development standards and change control processes.
• Experience design reviews, upgrades, and defect handling in SAP environments.
• Proven ability to develop test plans and document fixes.
• Experience with issue resolution and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Influence stakeholders by explaining policies and practices.
• Work toward day-to-day objectives with moderate impact.
• Autonomous work on moderately complex projects.
• Design, unit test, and implement Source to Pay applications with the team.
