Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. seeks a Lead SAP S/4 EWM Functional Consultant with 15+ years of experience to join our supply chain team in Dallas, TX. You will drive design, configuration, and deployment of complex warehouse solutions and act as a subject matter expert for go-lives.

Responsibilities include leading blueprinting, on-site 4 days a week, 1 remote day, travel to distribution centers during critical phases. This is a direct hire with no relocation or sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Proficient in ABAP, BAPI, IDoc, ALV, SAPscript, batchinput, smartforms, LSMW, and job scheduling.
• Knowledge of SAP authorizations, Java and SAP NetWeaver is a plus.
• Experience with ERP applications, SDLC, and IT practices; familiarity with EAI/integration is a plus.
• General knowledge of SAP business processes and modules.
• Proficient using PC.

Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership: act as the lead contributor and functional expert on SAP S/4 EWM deployment initiatives.
• Solution Design: lead blueprinting workshops to translate complex warehouse requirements into scalable SAP S/4 EWM blueprints.
• Configuration: hands-on configuration of S/4 EWM processes including inbound/outbound processing, production staging, kitting, physical inventory, and wave management.
• Advanced Features: implement advanced S/4 EWM functionalities like Yard Management, Labor Management, Slotting, and MFS.
• Go-Live Execution: participate in cutover planning, legacy data migration, and hyper care support for high-volume manufacturing facilities.
• Perform other duties as needed.
