Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta seeks an IT leader to design warehouse technologies and drive strategy across global supply chain. You’ll partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, actionable designs that align with SAP standards and governance.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams to implement SAP EWM, WCS, and related integrations, balancing standardization with flexibility, and guiding validation, cutover and production support for reliable warehouse

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT strategic planning, organization, development and execution.
Experience in business process re-engineering and standardizing business processes across entities.
Ability to plan and prioritize business needs and allocate resources balancing internal capabilities with external consultants.
Strong communications skills and Agile methodologies with a collaborative leadership style.
Track record of leveraging technology to meet business objectives and drive process improvement.
Forward-thinking with ability to anticipate impacts of emerging technologies.
Results-oriented leadership with negotiation, collaboration and consensus-building experience.
Change management with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of IT management disciplines and ability to adopt new tech strategically.
Advanced program management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Ability to work in a virtual and international environment across workstreams.
End-to-end ERP implementations with focus on logistics processes.
SAP S4 Hana baseline configuration in EWM; ASRS, AMR, AGV integration; API/IDOC/Telegram/SD & P2P integration; Waterfall and Agile.
Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot and AI to support data integration, analytics, automation, and app development with API/middleware usage.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and improve warehouse technology solutions that create measurable business value by increasing productivity, improving operational performance, and enabling scalable execution.
Partner with warehouse ops, supply chain, IT, SAP teams, automation vendors, and partners to translate requirements into clear designs and deliverables.
Define practical warehouse designs using SAP EWM, WCS, SAP-PE, SAP-TM with Microsoft integrations and related tools.
Make sound technical design decisions balancing standardization, SAP best practices, and long-term supportability.
Lead problem solving across warehouse processes and system integrations, coordinating teams and driving issue resolution.
Plan and support validation, testing, cutover, deployment and hypercare to ensure production readiness.
Drive change management with clear documentation, training, and communication for new processes and capabilities.
Anticipate risks and implement mitigation actions to minimize disruption to business continuity.
