Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Program Security Representative (PSR) II in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on multi-discipline security across SAP/SCI and collateral data, providing day-to-day analysis and program support to protect sensitive information.

You will ensure compliance with NISPOM and related policies, develop procedures, and train staff while coordinating with security personnel and government partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with TS/SCI clearance
• US Citizenship required
• Ability to travel 10-25%

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD and SAP policy
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI/collateral safeguarding procedures
• Provide day-to-day security support and identify improvements
• Identify vulnerabilities and risks in test, training, and operations
• Lead security training and awareness for SAP staff
