Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC seeks a Program Security Representative II to ensure SAP/SCI and collateral data protection in support of US military operations, reporting to a facility located in Chantilly, VA. You will develop and enforce security policies, review facilities for compliance, and brief staff across government levels.

Requirements include a TS/SCI clearance, willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph, and 2+ years of SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area OR Associate's degree in a related area + 2 years' experience OR equivalent experience (4 years)

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI and collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support including assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and recommendations for improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility oversight.
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-up actions.
• Monitor, report and track corrective actions from reviews.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned.
