Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a Program Security Representative I in Arlington, VA to provide multi-discipline security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral data. You will help develop and enforce policies, conduct training, and coordinate security activities across programs.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, TS/SCI clearance, and SAP exposure. The ideal candidate will assess vulnerabilities, guide security improvements, and ensure compliance with DoD/IC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience is required.
• All Level I & II positions require SAP experience.
• Current Top Secret/SCI clearance and eligibility for SAP information access are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral data.
• Develop, implement, and train the Operations Security program.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security policies and procedures.
• Conduct facility compliance reviews and document findings; coordinate corrective actions.
