Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a Program Security Representative II in Chantilly, VA to provide multi-discipline security support for SAP/SCI activities. The role requires adherence to DoD/NISPOM policies, ongoing assessment of procedures, and the ability to brief personnel on security topics.

The candidate should have TS/SCI clearance and SAP experience, with opportunities to contribute to the security education program and oversight of facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years)
• Current Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
• All Level I & Level II positions - candidate should possess some SAP experience
• All Level III positions - candidate should possess 2+ years of SAP experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM and related policies
• Assist in developing and executing approved policies for safeguarding SAP/SCI/collateral data
• Provide day-to-day security support and continuous assessment of procedures
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operations
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs
• Monitor, report and track corrective actions from reviews
• Coordinate with SAP personnel to incorporate lessons learned into training
• Perform additional duties as assigned
