Job summary

System High Corporation is seeking a Program Security Representative I in the Washington, DC area. You will provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data, ensuring adherence to NISPOM, DoD, and SAP policies.

Responsibilities include developing security procedures, conducting facility reviews, and briefing personnel across government and civilian teams. The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility and 5–7 years of related experience.

Qualifications

Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
5–7 years related experience in program security.
SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience; SPSC counts towards 5 years.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years).

Responsibilities

Provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data.
Develop and implement policies for SAP/SCI/collateral safeguarding.
Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs.
Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security programs.
Brief government and civilian staff on security topics.
Coordinate with SAP security personnel and incorporate lessons learned into the curriculum.
Monitor corrective actions and report on security matters.
Investigate loss or suspected compromise of classified information and assess damage.
