Job summary

P-11 Security, based in Southern California, seeks a Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and DoD policies. 10–12 years of related experience and TS/SCI eligibility are required.

You will develop, implement, and train security programs, conduct facility reviews, monitor corrective actions, and brief government and civilian staff on security topics.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of related security experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ICD 705 and DODM 5205.07 Vol 3.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards 3 years of experience.
• Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day security support for SAP, SCI and collateral data.
• Develop, implement, and train the Operations Security program.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-on reviews.
• Monitor, report and track corrective actions from compliance reviews.
• Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned.
