Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Security Manager to lead a team of security professionals supporting Space portfolios and ensure strict compliance with government regulations for the protection of classified material.

This role requires Final Top Secret clearance with a current background investigation or CV date within the last five years, plus 8+ years of SAP security experience and hands-on involvement with SAP/SCI programs, SOPs, CONOPS, OPSEC, and CSP.

Qualifications

• Final Top Secret security clearance with a current background investigation or CV date within the last five years.
• 8+ years' experience as a Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO), Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO), or government PSO/PSR.
• Experience with SAP facility build/accreditation processes.
• Experience with DOW SAP PERSEC, DISS, and clearance requirements.
• Experience writing SOPs, CONOPS, OPSEC Plans & CSP.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of security professionals tasked to provide security guidance and enforce compliance for Space portfolios.
• Develops, administers and audits security programs per government regulations protecting classified material and export-controlled data.
• Develops and executes security programs protecting proprietary information per corporate policies.
• Supports all contractual security requirements for SAP, SCI, or DOD collateral programs.
• Mentors CSSO or Security Representatives and coordinates training.
• Implements federal security regulations under SAP/SCI/DOW rules and interfaces with U.S. government customers for approvals.
• Prepares implementation manuals and procedures for handling, storing, and granting access to classified materials.
• Develops and conducts security education classes and investigates violations with preventive actions.
