Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines and defense systems, seeks a Senior Special Programs Security Manager to lead the implementation and oversight of national security programs. The role is onsite at East Hartford, CT, requiring active DoD Top Secret clearance and SAP/SCI access.

You will manage CSSO teams, coordinate PERSEC and information security, and develop program-specific security plans.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 7+ years of Security, Military or Defense experience, or government regulated environment.
• 5+ years working directly in Industrial Security.
• Active US Government Security Clearance, SECRET level or higher.
• Ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance with SAP/SCI access.
• Ability to meet enhanced security requirements to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.

Responsibilities

• Have primary CSSO responsibility for a portfolio of special access programs.
• Execute core compliance processes related to PERSEC, information security, Top Secret accountability, contracting and security management.
• Collaborate with industrial security, cybersecurity and program leadership for security goals.
• Develop and implement program specific security plans (OPSEC, PPIP, test plans, outside work agreements).
• Mentor and supervise assigned CSSOs.
