Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in the DC metro area seeks a Senior Principal Physical Security Officer to support SAP/SCI and collateral data protection. You will advise on policy, conduct compliance reviews, train staff, and coordinate security activities across programs with 10–25% travel required.

Must have TS/SCI with CI poly and 14+ years’ related experience or 10+ years with a related degree.

Qualifications

• 14+ years related experience; or 10+ years with a related Bachelor's.
• 2+ years SAP experience required.
• TS/SCI clearance required; CI polygraph possible.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
• Experience with SAP, SCI and collateral data protection.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM and SAP policy.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security procedures.
• Provide day-to-day security support and policy improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate SAP security education and awareness programs.
• Lead facility compliance reviews and corrective actions.
• Brief government and civilian staff on security topics.
