Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a senior principal Physical Security Officer to support SAP, SCI, and collateral security across U.S. military operations. The role emphasizes day-to-day security program delivery, policy enforcement, and personnel training.

Candidates must have TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, plus 12+ years of related experience or 8+ years with a related bachelor’s degree. Travel up to 25% is expected, with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years related security experience.
• 2+ years SAP security experience required.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM and SAP policies.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security procedures and education programs.
• Provide day-to-day security support for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Identify vulnerabilities and risks in test, training, and operations.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into training.
