Job summary

General Dynamics - IT in the United States is seeking a Program Security Representative to provide comprehensive security and CI support for SAPs, including SCI oversight. You will deliver day-to-day security analysis, risk mitigation, and guidance to program staff.

The role demands TS/SCI clearance, 9+ years of related experience or 5+ years with a related degree, and travel 10–25%. You’ll work in a highly regulated environment, develop policies, train personnel, and coordinate with contractors

Qualifications

• 9+ years of related security experience.
• 5+ years with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Associate’s degree and 2+ years of related experience.
• Equivalent experience (additional 4 years).
• 2+ years of SAP-related security experience required.
• Counterintelligence awareness and CI support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DoD/IC/SAP guidance governing SCI and SAP activities.
• Develop and refine policies for safeguarding SCI and SAP information.
• Provide daily security support, assessing procedures for improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities and assess risks across test, training, and operations.
• Support OPSEC and CI awareness training.
• Promote CI and security culture and advise on insider threats.
• Guide contractors on security and CI awareness.
• Brief leaders on security topics and risk mitigation.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs.
• Monitor corrective actions for compliance.
• Notify and escalate security/CI matters to staff.
• Investigate loss or compromise of classified information and prepare damage assessments.
• Coordinate with SAP security/CI to incorporate lessons learned.
