Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience with IT systems management and infrastructure management.
• Experience supporting Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and improves application service delivery.
• Leads design and implementation of infrastructure platforms.
• Supports integration of complex systems.
• Oversees Managed Service Providers for quality assurance.
• Executes Agile initiatives for project enhancements.
• Participates in budget planning and project analysis.
• Identifies and addresses project scope gaps.
