Job summary

EY in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Security and GRC engagements. You will manage onshore/offshore teams, design and implement controls, and drive risk management improvements across SAP applications including S/4HANA and FIORI.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's (or Master’s) in a related field and extensive SAP security and risk consulting experience. The position includes up to 80% travel and a hybrid work model with a strong emphasis on client service and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of work experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years.
6 years leading SAP Security, GRC and Controls roles and 6 years of SAP security design implementations.
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, FIORI and GRC Access Control v12.0+.
Proven track record in project management, team leadership, and client engagement.
Willingness to travel up to 80%, including international assignments.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement teams in SAP Security and GRC implementations across SAP applications.
Oversee SAP Security design and deployment for on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments.
Drive risk management improvements and governance through controls optimization.
Support business development activities, RFPs, and client presentations.
