Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is seeking an Activity Security Representative II to provide multi-disciplinary security support for a customer’s facility, including SCI and SAP activities. The role includes classification reviews, document control, and security data processing.

The position requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, SAPNP training if handling personnel security functions, and 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years) or Associate's degree and 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility and willingness to submit to polygraph.
• DoD SAPNP training required if performing personnel security functions.
• 3–5 years related experience; SFPC/SPSC certifications count toward experience.
• Must be able to traverse between buildings and perform sedentary work ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and associated records.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Maintain logs and perform data entry in security systems.
• Assist with facility access controls and badge preparation.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
• Review security clearance processing with government personnel.
