Job summary

Targeted Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Security Representative III to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI and collateral data in a DoD context. The role involves day-to-day analysis and ensuring strict adherence to NISPOM and related policies.

The candidate will assist in developing and executing security procedures, identify vulnerabilities, and deliver training. A TS w/ SCI eligibility is required, along with extensive related experience.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years related experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline analysis for SAPs, SCI and collateral data.
• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD and SAP policy.
• Develop, implement and train SAP/SCI security procedures and curriculum.
• Identify vulnerabilities and risks in test, training and operational activities.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into training programs.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and oversight of team members.
• Monitor and track corrective actions from compliance reviews.
• Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years)
