Job summary

P-11 Security, based in Southern California, seeks a Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. Responsibilities include day-to-day security oversight, policy development, and risk assessment for government and defense operations.

The role requires 10–12 years of experience, a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and certifications creditable toward experience.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years related experience
• Extensive knowledge of ICD 705 and DODM 5205.07 Vol 3
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, its supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
• Develop and implement policies for safeguarding SAP/SCI/collateral data
• Provide day-to-day security support and recommend policy/procedure updates
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to training and operations
• Assist in implementing and training the Operations Security program
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel and provide leadership to team members
• Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and closeouts
• Monitor and track corrective actions from reviews
• Investigate loss or compromise of classified information
• Apply lessons learned to SAP security education and awareness programs
