Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Lorton, VA is seeking a Senior Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security and CI support for SAPs, SCI, and SAP activities. You will lead security analysis, risk mitigation, and oversight of programs requiring TS/SCI clearance.

You will develop and refine security policies, train personnel, and brief senior leaders on trends and risk mitigation measures, while mentoring a high-performing team in a dynamic DoD environment.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of related security experience
• 10+ years of related security experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR
• Associate’s degree in a related field and 2 additional years of experience OR
• Equivalent experience (additional 4 years)
• 4+ years of SAP-related security experience required
• Demonstrated counterintelligence awareness and experience supporting CI, insider threat, or related security programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive security and CI support to SAPs, SCI and SAP activities
• Develop, implement, and refine policies and procedures for safeguarding SCI and SAP information
• Deliver day-to-day security analysis and CI-informed risk mitigation
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks for test, training, and operational activities
• Coordinate SAP security and CI education programs and training
• Brief government and senior leaders on security/CI topics
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-on actions
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely closure
• Investigate loss or compromise of classified information and prepare damage assessments
• Lead and mentor a high-performing security team
