Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Senior Program Security Representative in Chantilly, VA to deliver multi-discipline security and CI support for SAPs. You will perform security analysis, risk mitigation, and oversight for SCI/SAP activities, advising leadership and safeguarding critical information.

Responsibilities include policy development, CI awareness training, and coordinating with contractors while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of related security experience.
• 10+ years with a related degree or equivalent.
• Associate's degree with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• 4+ years of SAP-related security experience required.
• Counterintelligence awareness or CI support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DoD, IC, and SAP guidance for SCI and SAP activities.
• Develop and refine policies for safeguarding SCI/SAP information.
• Provide daily security support and CI-informed risk mitigation.
• Identify vulnerabilities and advise on protective measures.
• Deliver OPSEC and CI awareness training and education.
• Brief leadership on security/CI trends and risk reduction.
