Job summary

Office of the State Controller seeks an IT Security & Compliance Specialist II to manage SAP HR/Payroll and Oracle Fusion NCFS security, implementing role-based access controls and supporting GoAnywhere MFT integrations.

You will coordinate security requests via Ivanti, lead security projects during agency reorganizations, and mentor security staff while ensuring compliance with statewide standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related IT field and two years of progressive IT Security experience; or an associate degree and three years of progressive IT Security experience.
• Experience with SAP security and Oracle Fusion security administration preferred.
• Familiarity with two-factor authentication, AD integration and SAP authorization objects.

Responsibilities

• Administer security for production environments across SAP HR/Payroll and Oracle Fusion NCFS.
• Process security requests via Ivanti ticketing system for ~60 agencies.
• Lead security projects during reorganizations or new agency launches.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures.
