Job summary

CFS in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior SAP Security Analyst with 7+ years of SAP security, access management, and IT controls experience. The role focuses on SOX compliance, SoD, and audit readiness across a global SAP environment.

You will own SAP security, user access, and role governance for S/4HANA and related apps, lead SOX controls, manage provisioning and privileged access, and collaborate with auditors and business stakeholders to drive remediation and governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP Security, Access Management, and IT Controls experience.
• Strong experience supporting SOX, ITGC, SoD, access certifications, and audit compliance programs.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA security and RBAC.
• Strong understanding of SAP Fiori security and access controls aligning with SOX, ITGC, SoD requirements.
• Experience with Fastpath (Delinea) or comparable SAP GRC solutions.
• Proven track record supporting audits and remediation activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP security, user access management, and role governance across SAP S/4HANA and related applications.
• Lead and maintain SOX controls, ITGC compliance, SoD, and periodic access reviews.
• Manage user provisioning, access requests, role design, and privileged access processes.
• Drive implementation and administration of Fastpath (Delinea) or similar SAP controls and audit automation tools.
• Partner with internal and external auditors and business stakeholders to support compliance initiatives.
• Identify and improve security control processes, access governance procedures, and risk management practices.
• Support SAP projects, upgrades, acquisitions, and new entity integrations from a security perspective.
• Provide guidance to internal teams, AMS providers, and consultants on SAP security standards.
