Job summary

PwC in Atlanta is seeking a SAP Security and Access Controls Senior Associate to help clients strengthen SAP security, design access controls, and guide compliance with regulatory standards within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice.

In this role you will analyze complex problems, manage workstreams, mentor junior team members, and contribute to delivery across SAP compliance and security efforts. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions.
• Experience in auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.
• Strong communication skills for client environments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP security and access control requirements for client environments.
• Translate requirements into role design and authorization solutions.
• Implement SAP GRC controls to support access provisioning and compliance reviews.
• Review user access and control exceptions to identify risks and remediation.
• Develop security documentation and audit support materials.
• Support compliance assessments by evaluating SAP configurations against guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams to interpret findings and track remediation progress.
• Mentor junior team members in security testing and documentation standards.
