Job summary

Whitehall Resources Ltd is seeking an SAP SD Support Consultant to join a global software and services client. You will deliver SAP-based pricing and incentive solutions through configuration, analysis, and support while working on client premises or remotely as appropriate.

The role involves gathering requirements, configuring modules, testing, go-live and hypercare, plus producing functional specs and user guides, with L1–L3 support experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-10 years experience as SAP SD Support Consultant.
• Hands-on SAP experience including configuration of incentive and rebate management solutions.
• Solid understanding of SAP SD, pricing, and rebate management processes.
• Strong experience of providing L1, L2 & L3 Support Tickets.
• Ability to independently configure solutions and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements for SAP pricing and incentive components
• Configure solution modules and test across multiple scenarios
• Take part in end-to-end delivery, from design and testing through go-live and hypercare support
• Prepare solution documentation, including functional specifications and user guides
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and integration with SAP SD
• Identify enhancements and improvement opportunities for clients
