Job summary

Whitehall Resources Limited is seeking an SAP SD Support Consultant to deliver pricing and incentive solutions on client projects. You will configure modules, analyze requirements, and support end-to-end delivery from design through go-live and hypercare support.

Responsibilities include documenting solutions, assisting with data migration, and integrating with SAP SD. Candidates should have 5–10 years of SAP SD experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on SAP experience including configuration of incentive and rebate management solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD, pricing, and rebate management processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements for SAP pricing and incentive components.
• Configure solution modules and test across multiple scenarios.
• Take part in end-to-end delivery from design and testing through go-live and hypercare support.
• Prepare solution documentation, including functional specifications and user guides.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and integration with SAP SD.
• Identify enhancements and improvement opportunities for clients.
