Job summary

Apptad Inc. seeks an experienced SAP OTC Functional Consultant to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash in SAP environments, including S/4HANA and ECC. You will support and enhance SD processes, coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and IT, and manage integrations with third‑party systems and EDI platforms.

The role requires hands-on SD/OTC experience, strong data and interface troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a remote US setting with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• >- 5+ years in SAP with focus on order to cash and SD expertise.
• - 2+ years of S4 HANA experience.
• - In-depth SAP SD knowledge including order management, pricing, delivery, billing.
• - Experience implementing SAP S/4 and ECC in SD domain with data migration and user training.
• - Experience supporting EDI within SAP SD with IDoc troubleshooting.
• - Familiarity with cloud-based IT solutions relevant to OTC/SAP S/4.
• - Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration across business units.
• - Proficiency in SD integrations with FI, MM, WM.
• - ABAP debugging is a plus and certifications in SAP SD are beneficial.
• - Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.

Responsibilities

• >- Provide functional support for end-to-end O2C in SAP SD (S/4HANA/ECC).
• - Manage integrations with legacy systems, MM, WM, FI, and external logistics platforms.
• - Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• - Collaborate with ABAP BASIS and middleware teams on interfaces and reports.
• - Support regression testing, patch validation, and UAT for SD processes.
• - Assist with change requests, enhancements, and release activities.
• - Create SOPs and knowledge articles; drive process improvements.
• - Partner with business to deliver customer service and operational excellence.
• - Participate in on-call rotations for global operations (Americas/EMEA/APAC).
