Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a senior SAP consultant to provide strategic guidance, define processes, and document customer workflows within SAP logistics.

You will liaise with Samsung HQ for implementations and ongoing optimization across North America, focusing on SAP SD and EDI requirements while delivering training and documentation. The role requires extensive SDLC experience, hands-on S/4HANA configuration, and strong bilingual communication in Korean and English for HQ coordination.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a SAP functional or business consultant.
• Hands-on configuration in S/4HANA environment.
• Experience with a variety of EDI document types and EDI standards.
• Project management across lifecycle: planning, testing, and training.
• Knowledge of SDLC, IT practices and methods.
• Fluent in Korean and English for HQ communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to define processes to meet customer requirements; document existing customer business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose system improvements.
• Communicate with Samsung HQ for SAP Logistics module implementation, management, and optimization.
• Provide full support to users across Samsung Electronics sites in North America; deliver training and documentation for SAP SD/EDI.
• Monitor and report on system issues, interpret performance against standards, and provide detailed reports.
• Provide on-call troubleshooting and resolve critical system issues in a timely manner.
